The Accelerator course is divided into 6 Modules, each of which have discussion threads and corresponding downloads. In addition to a team walking you through the program, you will have access to all the Accelerator notes and commentary that came before you.
  • Module 1. Research: Not unlike building a home, due diligence, planning, and setting the foundation are key to a long-lasting vacation rental management company. This module is all about doing "the right" homework, including but not limited to: site selection, market analysis, financial models & pro-formas (our proprietary templates included), neighborhood assessment, acquisition strategies.
  • Module 2. Building Blocks: Time for the rubber to meet the road. This module is about the actual building blocks of the magnificent project we define in Module 1. Including but not limited to: real estate licensing, company structure, physical space, team building, bank accounts & insurance, and funding models.
  • Module 3. Structural Members: Defining the elements that support your business. This module is about business technology, property management software selection, corporate accounting and other structural elements.
  • Module 4. Finish Work: This module is all about the routines, habits, and procedures that drive you forward. This includes case studies of goal setting, brand strategy, channel management and direct booking theories, association memberships & board of advisors, and best-in-class standard operating procedures.
  • Module 5. Optimization: This module is all about optimizing your operations. We discuss interior design adjustments, a method for continuous improvement, fine-tuning operational details, feedback loops with customers and neighbors that are worth their weight in gold.
  • Module 6. Open House: This final module is when it all comes full circle: the dream house metaphor we've been using throughout the course takes on marketing & sales procedures, defining a unique selling proposition, owner/guest/realtor marketing best practices, sales training, and one powerful closing.
