I find it very interesting that you are using the AIRBNB term of "Hosts" rather than OWNERS.
I guess Airbnb has permeated our industry in many, many ways.

I guess Airbnb has permeated our industry in many, many ways.
I’d be curious to see the total breakdown worldwide between those who own their property(s) vs those who own their property AND manage other properties vs those who only manage other properties (don’t own anything). "Hosts," for me, is a versatile term.

I consider myself a HOST and an OWNER. I do not think Host is a "dirty word". What other word is versatile enough to encompass hosts who are owners, managers or greeting folks? I'm open to suggestions!
