In 2003 I launched Wanggulay Luxury Holiday Retreats. I am a board member of the Holiday Rental Industry Association In Australia. I have worked in the travel industry for 30 years and have a background as a professional trainer, airline examiner, public speaker, course designer facilitator and writer.
