Back in Panama managing my properties, my best solution was to take out an ice cube and let it melt on the counter before responding to a negative review.
Far more educational is this thread that is worth reading every year or so because it's so darn good.

Great marketing is sometimes about identifying who's not the right fit.
The Miami "We're breaking up" campaign definitely did the trick to repel the wrong kind of party visitors.
So our members took a stab at generating reasons guests should NOT book their homes and here are some of my favorites:

- You like dealing with huge companies that put policies ahead of customers and common sense
