Hiya, Matt I have been searching everywhere to find discussions about renting long-term, i.e. more than 30 days. I wanted to see what folks advised to put in the Rental Agreement for LT stays. Couldn't find an actual agreement, but I know we can get a generic one from Office Depot or on line? Legal Zoom, maybe?
I'm very keen on reading what my peers have to say.

Hi @Matt Landau !
One: I want to use the MAP (top of webpage) but when I click on it, I get an error message (something like "this connection is not private, go back").
Two: I am going to Miami for one night at the end of December and was hoping to find an Inner Circle property to rent. How can I see Inner Circle Member properties by location? We travel a lot and I would love to stay with fellow IC folks!

Most of my guests understand "vacation rentals," but other don't. I took a chance on 90secondexplainervideos.com. Surprisingly this 30-second video turned out okay. Caveats: 1) I wrote the script. 2) It is very basic. 3) It is USA-centric as it references chain motels next to noisy highways. I'd appreciate your honest feedback, even if it's "meh."
