Hey Inner Circle, Happy Friday!

It's not midweek but this section seems an appropriate spot for this to land.

There are lots of inspiring people out there (thank you Matt!) and I’m sure you have your own personal list. Rich Roll is on mine. He has an amazing story and a great podcast that I do my best to listen to every week.

Recently he posted this on Facebook and I wanted to share with the Inner Circle. It reminds me of our company (Yonder) and hopefully it will resonate with you. This is also a reminder of our collective bright future, as long as we keep grinding, putting in the work and celebrating the little victories.

Wow, really love this sentiment.

The methodical nature of working focused and persistently for years to hone a specialty is one that gets lost lately with the "get rich quick" schemes: especially in our industry where vacation rentals are viewed by so many as transactions and not a refined craft. This week I will be releasing Limited Edition 2.0 and there is a great dosage of Rich's sentiment in it.
